Orders are shipped from 1 to 5 days from the ordering date.
Some items may be sold out due to a phone or mail order. We will notify you in case you wish to back order, or substitute. We will not substitute an item without permission.
US & Canada: US Shipping costs for First Class Insured to the 50 states, US Territories, and Possessions, plus Canada are:
- $4.95 for purchases under $50
- $6.50 for purchases between $50.01 and $100.00
- $9.50 for purchases between $100.01 and $249.99
- Shipping is free for purchases over $250

Priority Mail and Express Mail are available at cost*
International Purchases are sent via First Class International or Global Priority Mail at cost.*
Insurance is free!
International Customers:
My international customers are very important to me. International customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item cost or shipping, and are the responsibility of international buyers. The US Post Office and international postal systems will not allow me to mark shipments as “gifts”, or under value the shipment on customs forms.
International packages may take up to 4 to 8 weeks for delivery, depending on whether customs holds the shipment up for inspection.
Taxes: Orders from Texas customers will have a sales tax of 8.25%.
Returns:
My customers ave very important to me, and I want to make your shopping experience satisfied and happy! If you're not happy with your purchase, please let me know how I can help. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after purchase, if accompanied with the original invoice, and in the original unopened merchandise packaging, in new condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Customers will receive a store credit for the returned merchandise amount.Damage sometimes occurs in shipping, and is why we fully insure our national and international shipping. Should damage occur, customers will be able to file an insurance claim through the insurance carrier.
All our merchandise is inspected before shipping. Sometimes an item slips past us, and we will correct the shipment or issue a store credit.
